*Continue eating whole foods (limit processed things like granola bars, except LARA bars <3) LOTS of produce, organic eggs, no more canned tuna, limit processed dairy (except greek yogurt)
*Food shop once a week
*Prepare food for the week on Sundays
-Make smoothie mixes
-cut up veggies for snacking
*Lots o’ yoga
*One treat a week (but try and keep it unprocessed, I’m done with poisons. Make vegan fudge or homemade cookies or chia seed pudding!)
*Balance yo :)
*Try to reduce impact on the world. Cruelty-free, suflate and pthalate/other chemical-free beauty products.
*Basically just be aware and try to be green, and try to stay away from yucky chemicals.
